According to IMDB it's supposed to have Mandarin as well as English but the sample shows English dubbed over the spoken language. IDK if there is any Mandarin, and if so whether there are hard coded subs for it. The English is actually pretty well synced in the sample.

Either way, the sample looks very good. Thanks for the upload, and the .avi format. Just based on the sample I'd say A/8 V/9.

a breathtaking cinematic beijing accomplishment. yin and yang in true harmonial balance. the music was especially uplifting and appropriate for each scene. fighting scenes were brilliantly choreographed. a perfect 10 all around. juggs u get the oscar for the exceptional upload. good work sir!
